1. Dispensing Volume Size: The size of the dispensing volume is determined by the duration of the dispensing, and the longer the time, the larger the dispensing volume. According to our experience, the diameter of the glue dot should be half the distance between products. This ensures sufficient glue to bond components without wasting glue due to excessive amounts.

2. Dispensing Cost: There are various dispensing solutions, and not all dispensing requires a machine. Not all automated dispensing must be attached to a dispensing machine. Considering the cost, if a certain glue requires a high-priced machine, consider changing the glue. If the price of an automated dispensing machine is too high, consider moving the product instead of the dispenser head.

3. Work Efficiency and Environmental Impact: If there are few products and efficiency is not pursued, use a manual dispenser; if working outdoors, use a glue gun. If precise control of the amount of glue is required, use a machine; if automated dispensing is required, use a machine with automation functions (higher cost and efficiency).

4. Properties of Glue: Ordinary glue uses a single-component dispenser, AB glue uses a double-liquid dispenser, PU glue uses a PU glue dispenser, and UV glue uses a specific syringe dispenser.

5. Composition of Glue: Commonly used glues include epoxy resin, UV glue, silicone, anaerobic glue, and instant glue. If it is AB two-component glue, its ratio also needs to be considered.

6. Viscosity and Flowability of Glue: The worse the flowability of the glue, the thicker it is, and the equipment becomes more complex.

7. Pressure Size When Using AB Glue Dispenser: The size of the pressure determines the amount of glue and the speed of glue flowing out. The worse the flowability of the glue, the thicker it is, and the greater the pressure it needs. The pressure should be selected according to the properties of the glue, the working environment temperature, and the size of the dispensing. A higher environmental temperature will reduce the viscosity and improve the fluidity of the glue, requiring a lower pressure value; conversely, the pressure needs to be increased (adjusted through the pressure valve).

8. Needle Size and Type: The size of the needle will affect the size and accuracy of the glue. When the air pressure is constant, the larger the needle tip, the larger the glue, and the needle tip should be selected according to the size of the product. Generally, the inner diameter of the needle should be about half the diameter of the glue point, which is the best effect.
