Equipment Placement and Environment:
- Ensure that the dispensing machine's body and work surface are placed steadily to avoid vibrations and inclinations.
- The equipment should be located in a well-ventilated area to prevent excessive dust and maintain air circulation.
- Keep the room dry to prevent electrical shocks in the control cabinet.
Maintenance During Shutdown:
- In cases of continuous non-production, disconnect the power supply or turn on the machine every two days to prevent raw material crystallization.
- Regularly clean and replace the filters at the outlet of the dispensing machine's raw material bucket to ensure smooth material supply.
Operational Safety:
- Check if the machine is clean before starting up, ensuring there are no moisture or other factors that could affect operation.
- Avoid touching the dispensing head and moving parts during operation to prevent injury.
- In case of an emergency, press the red emergency button to stop the machine.
- The machine should be secured in a flat position, and the air and power supply should be disconnected when moving the machine.
- Operators should wear gloves to reduce the chance of skin contact with adhesives.
